I found Lorna through an enquiry I made for help on Facebook ..I needed information on registration for siret, carte vitale , carte gris, residency plus numerous other enquiries which she has always helped with..we have never met but she is a friend, professional, approachable , confident and explains so clearly and is always helpful and if she felt I could tackle things on my own she said so!
